Green Leaf Lab owner and managing partner Rowshan Reordan is featured this month in Cannabis Business Executive’s Top 50 most important women in the cannabis industry list for 2016, the magazine’s ranking of influential women entrepreneurs and policymakers.
Cannabis Business Executive first published its list of twenty women that shape the face of the cannabis industry and its legal landscape in 2014. Since then, the magazine has further recognized the role and influence women have played, by expanding its list to (over) fifty women, including notable people such as Oregon State Governor Kate Brown and Whoopi Goldberg.
Reordan received her M.A. and Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and specializes in cannabis-related law. She founded Green Leaf Lab while the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program was in its infancy, to provide patients and dispensaries with the tools needed to ensure safety and consistency, and has advocated for legalization and intelligent policies for cannabis.
Oregon’s Measure 91 legalized and regulated recreational marijuana, with Green Leaf Lab leading the way as the first cannabis laboratory licensed to performed required lab analysis in the state.
Green Leaf Lab is proud to have its owner recognized in a publication read throughout the cannabis industry.
